Privacy policy

This policy explains which personal data we process when you use this website, in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).

Data controller

RSCOM — Ricardo Da Silva, Switzerland — info@rscom.pt, +41 21 519 21 27.

Data collected

Contact form: name, company, e-mail, phone and message. This data is used solely to answer your request. It is sent to us by e-mail and is not stored on the website.

Technical logs: like any website, our host briefly records the IP address, date and page visited, for security and proper operation of the service.

This website uses no advertising cookies and no audience-measurement tools.

Third-party services

Hosting and e-mail: Infomaniak Network SA, in Switzerland.
Fonts: the “Inter” font is loaded from Google Fonts; your IP address is therefore sent to Google.
Remote support: the download links lead to TeamViewer QuickSupport (TeamViewer website, App Store or Google Play), subject to their own policies.

Online assistant

The “Any questions?” bubble is an automated assistant (artificial intelligence) that answers only from the texts of this website. Your questions are sent to our server function hosted by Supabase (Zurich data centre, Switzerland), then to the AI model provider, Anthropic (United States), which does not use them to train its models. RSCOM does not record the conversation: it stays in your browser until you close the tab. To prevent abuse, only an anonymised fingerprint of your IP address, the date and the number of questions are kept for 30 days. Do not enter passwords or any personal or sensitive data.

Call back: if you ask for it in the bubble and tick the consent box, your name, contact details (e-mail or phone), your message and the current conversation are sent to us by e-mail, solely to contact you. They are kept for as long as needed to handle your request, like contact form messages. For security, the e-mail also contains technical information: IP address, internet provider and approximate location derived from the IP address (ipwho.is service), browser, language, time zone and page visited.

Retention period

Messages received are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, then deleted, subject to legal retention obligations.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data by writing to info@rscom.pt. You can also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
